Counter-images matter: CSS asks what becomes possible when achievement, complexity, and professional identity are made visible.

Counter-narratives and educational possibility

The Vault is built to widen the representational field.

CSS Vault Readers do more than critique harmful images. They help educators and institutions teach students how to see absence, complexity, achievement, and possibility. The goal is not positive imagery alone, but richer literacy about how images shape aspiration, belonging, and institutional imagination.
